Use this screen to perform a search for an existing company or individual. Enter part or all of the information in each of the fields to filter your search.
Description of fields on the screen
| Field Label | Description |
|---|---|
| Party Is | This is a search criteria filter. Select Individual or Company to narrow your search. |
| Company | Enter part or all of the company name in this search criteria field. |
| First/Last | Enter part or all of the individual name in this search criteria fields. |
| Primary Phone | Enter part or all of the primary phone number in this search criteria field. |
| Secondary Phone | Enter part or all of the secondary phone number in this search criteria field. |
| Search | Select this option to perform a search using the criteria you entered. |
| Last Name | Individual last name is displayed in this field. The search results in this column can be sorted and the column can be resized or moved within the search results pane. |
| First Name | This is the individual first name displayed in this field. The search results in this column can be sorted and the column can be resized or moved within the search results pane. |
| Company | This is the company name displayed in this field. The search results in this column can be sorted and the column can be resized or moved within the search results pane. |
| Primary Phone | This is the primary phone number and phone type that is displayed in this field. The search results in this column can be sorted and the column can be resized or moved within the search results pane. |
| Secondary Phone | This is the secondary phone number and phone type that is displayed in this field. The search results in this column can be sorted and the column can be resized or moved within the search results pane. |
| Address | This is the individual first name that is displayed in this field. The search results in this column can be sorted and the column can be resized or moved within the search results pane. |
| OK | After you have made a selection, select this button to enter the selected customer information in the Contacts tab. |
| Cancel | Select this option to close the Select Customer screen. No changes are saved to the workfile. |
